In this 6 week group mind-body coaching program, Lydia Joy shows you an empowered approach to transforming your relationship to food and with your body so you can truly enjoy your life. Inside this program, you will:

We will go over everything you need to help you further towards
your health goals with educational + experiential lessons that

Week #1: Is an empowered beginning!
Learn the magic of finding your "why" and
the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching
your health & life goals.
Week #2: A balanced approach to whole food
eating with my simple signature strategies plus
learn how to cultivate an honest relationship
with food and your body.
Week #3: Stress Relief. Helping you identify
your biggest stressors and understand how
you perceive stress. Game changer!
Week #4: Sleep, circadian rhythm and transforming
your cravings...BTW- cravings are good! ;)
Week #5: Nourishing ALL of you. Creating balance
beyond food into the other areas of your life so you
can feel whole.
Week #6: Honoring your boundaries for boundless energy.
The best health program can't compete when we don't know
when to say yes and when to say no! Plus, final strategies to
take with you after the program.

Each week we will meet online via Zoom meeting for 1 hour,
I’ll send you all your handouts inside your membership portal
and we’ll go over everything together in the group meeting.
Right now, calls will be Thursday at noon EST April 4th - May 16th. With a week off in the middle for spring break.
If you can’t make the time of the call it will be recorded and sent to you, though I highly recommend making attendance a priority so you get the most out of the experience.
I’ll also provide a private Facebook group for community, support and accountability to help you with your weekly action steps. This group WILL be powerful!!!
