8 oz = 16 tablespoons.
A highly absorbable form of magnesium, formulated to keep the potential for gastric irritation to a minimum.
Ingredients:
Each level teaspoon (5cc) contains:
Magnesium (from chloride) Elemental Value 133 mg.
Three level teaspoons (15cc) provide 400 mg of elemental magnesium.
Other Ingredients: Purified water, magnesium acetate, lactic acid
Contains no preservatives.
Suggested Use:
Take one-half teaspoon diluted in 8 ounces of your favorite beverage, 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.
